a. Fasting is easier than dieting because there’s no negotiation on food

1. How can I lose weight ? vs How can I lose weight AND enjoy it?


V. High Energy = High thinking Patterns

a. Clarity is POWER

i. What does an extraordinary life look like for you at the next level?

1. Think about 3,6,9 months out

ii. What’s preventing you from making it happen?

iii. What needs to shift? What actions can you take to change it?

iv. What are 1-2 of most stressful thoughts that consistently show up in your life?

b. Suffering State = Low Energy

c. Your friends define who you are

d. Living a beautiful life is a choice

a. Make the Choice/Decision

i. Life is too short to suffer

ii. Decide NOT to live in a suffering state

iii. Reasons come first, answers come second

iv. Write it and decide it

1. Write two letters to people you respect and explain to them how you are going to live your life

b. Anticipation is power

i. Leaders anticipate, losers react

ii. Anticipate what will put you in a sh*tty state

1. Recognize these coming and stay in a beautiful state

c. 90 Second rule

i. Give yourself 90 seconds to feel the emotion and then get back to a beautiful state

ii. End suffering state as it arises

iii. Recognize tension

iv. Suffering state to happy state is difficult to transition to

v. Suffering state to grateful state is achievable faster
